This full-service title agency was opened by Kathy Kontos, a title agent, who has worked in the title services industry since 2003. Having been a title agent for many years, as well being the owner of her own title agency, Ms. Kontos is an expert in all areas of the title industry. She has experience working with customers from a broad range of industries and is comfortable working with both residential and commercial clients from nearly any profession.

With her hands-on experience, she has effectively trained her team of experienced title agents. The representatives of Cosmos Title Agency know how to handle not just the most common transactions but are always prepared in the face of the least expected too. We stay up-to-date on all the latest developments in the title agency, regularly participating in continuing education to maintains our licenses and our edge.
